Jungle Cruise not working

I'm not sure if anyone else is having the same issue but every time I enter a game, I get stuck in the first screen. The boat doesn't come and pick me up 9 times out of 10, but when it does, the camera does not move when I move the mouse. :\

I am having this issue. The whole game is bugging out, in fact I went from the first room to the third room! It skipped!
