No, it's not entirely fair. People suffer from lag. There are people who have just been staying in a room all day long hogging all of the shells. - - - Updated - - - did you really just call me a baby

I was wondering if there is any way possible that you can limit the amount of shells someone can get per day/hour, etc. It's just frustrating because people keep hogging shells in a room. It would also allow everyone to have a fair chance at getting credits.
