Bought film, not showing up

I have bought a few rolls of camera film (and camera package) and every time it says I've bought it, but it says I have no film... Any way I can get this back/figure out how to get film??

Other people have had issues with buying film as well. I would suggest try sending a Call for Help and hopefully a mod will assist you in game.
