can't get in the game

I recently updated my laptop a few days ago (I have a mac) and just tried to log into the game, but myvmk experience will no longer open due to the update, and when I try to play on firefox it gets through all the loading and then gives me a black screen.
Is there any possible way to fix this or am I locked out?

I don't think so. And I don't think myvmkpal works unless I missed something lol

I am having a very similar problem. I'm on a Mac. VMK doesn't work on Safari, Firefox (i get up to the black screen as well) or the MyVMK Experience thing.

@pepsiprincess I added you to a Conversation it's another option but it works 100% of the time and will run Windows inside your Mac.

I don't have a mac but I have seen posts where they suggest you uninstall Experience and download it again. Seems to work for them for some reason. Good luck!
