I'm pretty sure the Captain's Quarters Room Exits are wrong on the bottom left side of the screen. The entrance in that gated area should take you to the next room over. (I think it would be Shipwreck Graveyard). And the exit above that should take you to that upper level. And then the upper level exit should take you back down. I mean, the tube exit on the far side takes you to the next room over, so I would think the tube on the close side would take you to the other adjacent room.
