It's not the biggest thing in the world but when buying a guest room, the most recently bought would appear at the bottom of the list of your own guest rooms. On here it's the other way round, or possibly listed in alphabetical order maybe, I'm not sure. I'm just used to it being most recently bought at the bottom.
