HELP! Mac User can't get on w/ new Shockwave update :(

So I guess my Shockwave player updated (I don't remember allowing this, but ok...) and, at first, I could get onto MyVMK, but it was VERY slow. Now I can't get on at all, it just says something about "this file is open already by another user". I usually log on using MyVMK Experience. I also just tried using the website, and that does not work either. For those of you that are Mac users, how on Earth are you getting on? I really need your help I CANT JUST NOT GO ON VMK AGAIN WHEN I JUST GOT THE SHIRT I WAS TRYING SO HARD TO GET OK

okay, this same thing happened to me and i was very depressed about it, but it turns out all i had to do was delete myvmk experience and redownload it good luck!
