How to get a console? (I'm new; I apologize)

Hi all, I'm pretty new to MyVMK, although I played the original VMK from its inception. The other day I was in a guest room playing a game and instead of a generator, the host was using a "Console" to roll numbers. How do you obtain this and how does it work? Thanks; sorry for my silly questions.

for example, !roll 5

It's just !roll # (example: !roll 10 )
Also, if you wanna say something in 3rd person, type !me (then what ever you wanna say). Without the parentheses, of course.
