Hello! I sent a CFH regarding this issue and it still has not been resolved. I won the Guess The Disney Character forum competition. I never received a prize or a message from a staff member. I've checked my inventory multiple times for an Orange Bird Hat and there is still nothing. PLEASE HELP (-:
