So I know with Launcher that a known issue is getting a fast pass and having to restart the launcher. What about once you re-start and try to open up the "guest rooms" tab and having your screen go shadowed... I've had to restart 3 times and hope my spot wasn't taken in the queue.
I have this issue on my regular launcher a lot. Try going to a map room first, then a guest room! And as far as the fastpass not giving you the options; I just restart, go to a regular room, then go to the guest rooms
