Ok the shell game is getting hectic in the game. People are greedy and I don't think this is a fair chance that many people can't get the clams. So the suggestion of taking turns has come into play to make it less hectic it's more called "Line Room". It really does work because it gives everyone a fair chance to get a clam.

Notably, the best way to do one, is to line up along the bottom, with space for new people to get on either end. New people join wherever they will get in quickest, ensuring easier complience, and people immediately know that there is a line going on, as opposed to a moving line. It's much easier to know turn order as well, as people can easily know who to skip, and AFK people in line don't destroy the system.

Yes, but it's easier than not being able to talk, or trying and failing. Some peoples internet connections hinder their ability to click the clam first. 700ms ping makes it near impossible.
