I see a worker starting the production by making cubed raw materials from pixified water that are then processed into smaller workable pieces that lazy along into the head maker. From there, quality control pulls out any defects and crates the heads for shipping. The soldier seems to be guest relations/factory tour desk.. and the break room looks chill.. I mean cool.
