Open Crate, received a "5014" but have no new items

Hello, I got a golden key so I went to use it on one of my crates and when it opened it said I got a "5014". I'm not really sure what that means really. After that, I looked in my inventory in the pins, clothes and posters sections and I didn't have any new items. I'm really upset that when I finally got a key, it just glitched on me..

5014 seems to be a Briar Patch Guest Room.

"product.5014=Briar Patch"

I don't think crates give out rooms? But did you happen to notice if you had any new rooms?

I got 5028 which is the dark room. I have a picture of it. I wish there was a place to pm someone other than Amy. She is so busy and maybe someone on staff could look after these. Either giving us rooms or a key. I just feel bad PM her when there are more important issues in the game.
