Shout Box won't load?

Since this is the forums and not the game. Since last week I have not been able to get the Shout Box to load on Goggle Chrome. I've done every thing I can think of to try to get it to work clearing my cached and stuff. I was wondering if someone can help so I can get this fixed. Thanks

I know this might be a stupid thing to say, but make sure you are logged in.

If you have adware, it'll mess with the websocket. Also, any sort of proxy. Amy is irrelevant to this, by the way..
