Stuck as Ghost?

So I've noticed this happen a few times, though I have yet to remember to screenshot it. When playing the game, a character is turned into a ghost, and sometimes does not turn back. I've seen it happen where the player was able to continue playing (ie. sucking up the ghosts), and I've seen it happen where they were unable to continue.

Generally it will allow you to continue. Staff are aware of it as it's been a glitch for months but no changes on it yet.

Thanks for the info @blissful ! I don't get on very often, so I was unsure if they were aware of it.
