Sword in the Stone: Odds Changed?

So, I don't know if it's councidence or what, but I have yet to see someone FAIL to pull the sword from the stone.

This is very unusual, as last week i saw someone complaining they tried 14 pins and didn't pull it.

Did the odds change? Are sword prizes too easy tom come by now?

Definitely not. I tried 30 pins and only pulled once.

Did 50 pulls earlier (from pins i bought from you!!) and only had 1 pull.

Usually on the first day of a new release the odds are really good.

It's an RNG. Odds don't really change. I tried 200 pulls today. Pulled almost 8 in a row on the first run of 100 tries, and then only about 3 scattered around during my next 100 tries. I've seen all kinds of things happen like that. It's all luck.

I don't know if there's a thread for this, but since we're talking sword-pulling odds, I'm interested in the odds of the Olaf pin being recieved. And what else can i get from the stone right now, besides the Ocean Fun pins?
