Unable to buy camera and film.

I'm trying to d the Caroussel of Progress quest which I believe requires me to use my camera, but when I try to buy one it deducted credits the first time, but the camera isn't available. It now says item.7001 in the shop and I can't buy film either. It says I need to buy a camera first.

Thanks princematt, my cousin said she did it for me today. I wasn't able to see the small Mickey Ears. I was thinking of old VMK where you had to take the photos to see them. XD
