Using SITS, keys, and crates

I'm just curious of everyones methods to using SITS, the keys in the treasure room, and crates. I know some people use/open them each time the get one, while others stock up and use many at a time. I was just wondering what you all have found works best for you and any thoughts/opinions on it

I'm too lazy to open them one at a time! but then sometimes i stock pile too much and i'm too lazy to open them all lol
