Wrong item

I open a crate today. It said I got a "Aladdin's Flying Carpet Chair Color Red" Only I did not get a Red chair I got another Orange. I all ready have 6 orange. I do not want any more orange. I would have the RED. Is there any way to get it changed for the right color ?
