did you try running it as an administrator or checking to see if your virus software is blocking the game? I had the issue of updating the MyVMKPal software, but all I had to do was run it as an admin

ok so this is strange! I hit yes and it gives the ERROR! I click no, it asks if I want to download and make changes to the computer, I click yes, myvmk pal disappears, repops up, and says welcome to the new version! want to see what's been updated? So it worked for me by clicking no........
