I have one of these crates with a key and it won't open. What do I do?

is it the brown crate? you sure it's unopen? is it a gold key?

yes, and it has a lock on it and I have 3 gold keys

From my understanding, green crates and keys haven't been programmed to work in the new client. So it wouldn't surprise me if it's the same case with crate 1's as well.

i have tried to open crates but the keys do not show up in the magic section to enable me to use them
how should we proceed with this issue?

thats not how the old ones worked, you just have the pin in your inventory and double click the locked crate whilst standing next to it

I feel as though I'm not doing something right because I placed the crate and no matter how many times I click on it, it won't open
