MyVMKPal does the exact same thing. This appears to be a new issue that just started a day or two ago. I'm unable to find a solution so far. Some things work when you login to the game using the old client through MyVMKPal, while others do not. When you login, you can't see any characters...

@Spuddley ye are definitely not alone. The mouse-over feature that displays names rarely works for me as well on the myvmkpal client. Clearing of my cache and relogging doesn't help, in fact, the mouse-over feature often starts working correctly after a crash or disconnect for some reason...
