Birthday Raffle Update

Hello everyone!

After seeing all of your initial feedback to the announcement of the raffle, we believe we have come up with a fair and suitable solution that we will be moving forward with!

First, to clarify the raffle and how entries will be obtained:
Each host event occurring between September 1st-September 26th will be monitored for who the winners are. We are able to compile a list based off of the winning room you all enter from the winning ride track. Your first win at any host event places your name on a list of all who will be entered into the raffle. We will be monitoring the list to ensure all winners are placed on it, however clone accounts are not eligible for an entry into the raffle.

As was discussed after reviewing your feedback, we have come up with what we feel will be the best solution for the transparency of the raffle. Starting now, the list of winners will be placed on a list that will be found on the forums, and updated as events take place. Each player on the list will receive 1 physical ticket item in game, and ticket numbers will be placed on the list on the forums next to your name. Ticket numbers will NOT be visible with the physical ticket in game.

The tickets will be handed out individually, they will not be connected to the winning ride tracks as they are not handed out for every win, but rather for your first win. We will send out an announcement once all of the tickets belonging to the winners currently on this list have been distributed. If AFTER this point you do not have a ticket but your name is on this list, please contact us through a call for help.

The raffle will be taking place on September 27th, with more specific information being released closer to the date, including when and how the drawing will take place.

If an account listed on the raffle participants list is yours but one you don't play often/you would like it to be swapped out for a different account, please send us an email and we will look into our system further to confirm and then make the adjustments for you!

For this raffle, staff discussed ways in which we could make the terms of everything slightly more fair for everyone who participates. We thought we'd try it this way, where tickets are only obtainable through your first win at a host event. The reasoning is because if tickets are available for purchase that puts an advantage at those who have more expendable credits. Yes, there is a slight disadvantage to not being able to attend as many host events as the next player, but just remember you only need ONE win to be entered! This system is anticipated to provide everyone with an equal chance at winning a prize throughout the raffle.

Regardless of the number of wins you have in any given event from September 1st to September 26th, you very first win in any event will be what earns you a raffle ticket. Any subsequent wins from that point will not earn you additional raffle tickets.

The ticket numbers will be the numbers listed beside your names on this list!

We try to update this list as soon as possible, but please allow for a few days for the list to be updated! There are many events, and many winners to go through! It has now been updated and we are currently caught up!

As has been previously mentioned, the only way tickets will be available is by attending and winning a host event at least once from September 1st to September 26th.
As the calendar currently is, there are 26 unique events in this time frame, all at varying times. Be sure to check whether or not you are able to attend any of the fun-filled events for your chance at a raffle entry!
