Chat room/IRC?

I'm wondering if that's something the forum could get? Like a web-based chat room that we can join? Idk if anyone else is interested in that.

There was a shoutbox for a long time before it was removed due to several issues. Many people have tried to bring it back but there is no intention on bringing it back after negative events.
