So as most of you probably know from seeing me complain in the kingdom, I can't log onto myvmk on MY laptop because of shockwave. I put the emphasis on "my" because it works perfectly fine on my dad's laptop which doesn't make sense. Anyways, for some strange reason I get stuck on the "adobe shockwave is now installing..installing compatibility components" screen. Can anyone tell me what to do to fix this? It would be highly appreciated!

Here's what I've done so far:

• uninstalled the current version of shockwave to downgrade
• installed myvmk pal to try it
  
• uninstalled firefox (that's what I use) then reinstalled it
• cleared cache/cookies
• checked the firewall
• contacted staff

I have done all of the uninstalling and reinstalling several times and I get the same screen as I've said above. Staff told me to clear the cache/cookies which as you know, I have done. They also told me the other day that they've contacted tech which was very nice of them to do so. I just haven't heard anything yet, which is fine. I just wanna see if any of you know how to fix this because not gonna lie, I'm impatient lol and getting annoyed with this.
