I'd say lower than 50/50; more like 1/4. At one point, I tried six pins and still didn't get anything.

I just bought a real Cheshire Cat pin at Disney World so I'm hoping to get that Cheshire pin on my virtual lanyard soon! So far, 0/1 attempts.
