I updated Street Party's lobby music a little

Hey guys, so I felt like the music from the Street Party Music Game lobby needed a small update. It's good, but I didn't feel like I was really getting into a full-on party mood when I listened to it, and it felt a little flat to me.

I'm a bit of a music producer, so I decided to re-mix it, add a few percussive bits, and made sure to give it that "pump" that you have to have for fist-pumpin' street party music.
