Jump Rope Workouts?

Hey everyone!

I'm a coach and a member of a USA Master's Swimming team and we're looking for some ways to mix up our workouts. We've done a lot of research and found that jump-roping is a good way to get a total body workout and tighten the core. Apparently, a lot of boxers turn to HIT (High Interval Training) with jump rope workouts.

So if you're a boxer, or maybe you just use jump ropes in your own fitness routine, I'd love to hear what workouts you've completed so I can share them with my team!
