login trouble

To assist you further could you please provide us with some additional information?
What browser are you currently running?
If Firefox, what version of Firefox is it? The new versions of Firefox no longer support the client and a older version may be neccessary to run the game.
Have you tried clearing your cache?
Also, we strongly support myVMK Pal so if all else fails we ask that you please give this a try!

i use myvmkpal usually but since i started getting the error screen i tried firefox and i seem to get a black screen on that too. the photo i posted is what my myvmkpal window looks like after i attempt to log in if that helps oh and yes i have tried clearing my cache and made sure myvmkpal was up to date

As of right now myVMK Pal is having an update issue and this could possibly be contributing to the login issue. Staff is woring on this now.
With Firefox, try reviewing this thread and seeing if this fixes the issue.
