I'm worried because I haven't been able to log on at all. I have been having issues and to top it off, I can't send an email to support because they keep getting lost. I'm not sure what to do ;-;

Hiya! Have you tried using the “Contact Us” link at the top of the homepage? Usually a staff member will reach out to you if you provide your in game name and an email address to contact you back at!

I have when needing assistance and they have said they never get it, so I don't know how else to acquire help. I appreciate your response, however. Perhaps @VMK_HeiHei might help me out? They have been amazing to me
