I don't think so ??? PLL is ABC I believe which has nothing to do with Disney.
I think since Amy gave a select few the client to test and try out, that was just the name of it because she didn't want anyone sharing the link or something. That's my guess.

Disney owns ABC (and Freeform, formerly ABC Family). My assumption was that Amy did that as a tribute to it, considering all the PLL things that used to happen in game.
