Not yet fixed New Key Distribution Not Working

Not sure if I misunderstood the time schedules, but I was just awarded a gold key. The newsletter says if the times overlap, all keys qualified for will be awarded. Based on the times (25min for bronze, 55min for gold), I should have gotten both a bronze and gold key. I only got the gold.

25 minutes for bronze, 40 for silver, 55 for gold - if you have been playing mini games for 39 minutes and enter into a game of (example) haunted mansion, you may play for 16 minutes and thus end that game with both an earned silver and gold key.

That's what I'm referring to. I got a bronze key at 25, and a silver key at 40. I got the gold key at 55, but based on the overlap rules I should have also gotten another bronze (the additional 25min would have overlapped at 50 before the 55 min mark for gold). I hope that makes sense.

Same happened to me. I got a bronze, silver, then gold key, but not the 2nd bronze key.

I've been playing JC (finished all the way through each game with over 40k), and I haven't received a single key since probably before 6pm EST yesterday. I play a few games last night around 10-11pm EST and once again this morning for the quest, but I've got nothing. I've only received a bronze and silver key since the update.

Same for me. I haven't gotten any keys since late yesterday afternoon. I really hope they fix this soon.

Same thing happened to me. I got bronze, silver, and then another bronze. Completely skipped gold.

Bronze keys will be awarded every 25 minutes.

Silver keys will be awarded every 40 minutes.

Gold keys will be awarded every 55 minutes.

So you should get bronze(at 25 minutes), silver (at 40 minutes), bronze (at 50 minutes), gold ( at 55 minutes) ,

@Chanchel so hasn't skipped gold, gold should be the next key you get

I think it's a rolling timer since the system changed, so it's probably more like this once you start getting keys

25 - Bronze
40 - Silver
50 - Bronze
55 - Gold
75 - Bronze <-- This is probably why your bronze and silver were so close
80 - Silver
100 - Bronze
110 - Gold
120 - Silver
125 - Bronze
etc..
