in game if you type ::discordtrade in the chatbox a popup will come up that will let you search, it's not updated with newer items but you'll find a lot in there, you can also look at past newsletters for weekly releases.

Don't be intimidated, the majority of everyone on here is so nice and welcoming! You can pretty much ask any question you have in any room, and someone will be kind enough to answer you. I just started playing a couple months ago (I was on OG VMK too) and felt completely overwhelmed because there IS A LOT going on with events, the newsletter, forums, discord, etc. but trust me when I say you can get back on track pretty quickly.
