Pirate Keys Disappearing!

So I have had a bunch of keys just disappear on me right after I wear them then take them off they go poof when I log back on the next day. This has happened to me 3 times now and have lost 5 gold keys 10 or more silver and 15 or more bronze keys. I never used any keys and they were all earned this month so they didn't expire. Kinda bummed as I was saving them for next month to use and am now not wanting to play mini games if this continues. Any help Staff can do is muchly appreciated ty.

This happened to me too but when I logged on to the old client I realized that keys expire after 5 days, just like they did in old VMK. It must still be the case on new client, but it doesn't show you how long you have to redeem the keys anymore.

I didn't know this was ever a thing, thanks for the info! Coming back from the break, all my keys were gone. I don't know what to do
