I believe you have to have a certain level of activity on the forums. This is in place to reduce spam and bot accounts.

Just engage in the community for a little while. The button will pop up.

I am guessing it may kinda lead into spamming threads in order for people to get enough posts?.... Just a thought.

Same as I, but after a few posts, 2-3, it was activated.

This has been very frustrating to me, as a lot of what I wanted to do first on here was involving Private Messages, not posting in forums.
