Seems like a very common item in the crates, so prob less than 3k is my guess

^^ I would say its probably worth a little more than that.
It's definitely not SUPER common. Just from my own experience, after opening about 200 crates, I have 40 pumpkin dining chairs, and just 3 sets of the flats, so it's definitely more rare than some of the others furni items. But yeah...no idea what the actual value would be. Not yet at least.
