Sunset Sorcerer Glitch

I pulled the Sunset Sorcerer Hat from the crates and it appears in my inventory, but when I try to put the hat on I get a message that says "you are trying to wear an item you don't own." Is there any way to fix this?

This just started happening right after the game restarted, I am sure they will have it fixed soon.

I got that with my figment hat. Logged off now I can not get back on
