Trouble with the HEE HEE pet base

This started about a six weeks ago... When you walk into your room the HEE HEE will walk around and do it's thing then it will disappear. The HEE HEE will appear again if i leave and then go back in my room and then it will vanish again... I paid a lot for the HEE HEE Pet base I just want it to work and not keep vanishing. And I cleaned out my computer and did a complete defrag and the HEE HEE still does the same thing, so it must be on the game site... Thank you...
