VMK Loading

    Yesterday, everything seemed to load perfectly fine for me, but today I seem to be having issues.

    While normally I can load my inventory and enter rooms quickly, VMK has had a tough time loading for me today. It takes me around 2-3 minutes to fully load entering a public guest room, and about the same to load each page in inventory.

    It isn't my Wi-Fi because everything else works fine, even pirate games go seamlessly, but when it comes to entering a room, RIP.

    Yeah, I’m currently trying to enter a room and it’s been like 5 minutes. My inventory has also been taking forever to load. Not sure what the issue is.

    What browser are you using/application (such as Pal or MyVMK for Mac?). You may just need to clear your cache and cookies.

    I am using the Pal client! How would I clear its cache and cookies?

    @Mrgoopy there should be a ''settings'' option on the left hand side of the screen and then click ''having issues'? and then it should show an option to clear cache/cookies

    Cleared cache, relogged, everything still seems the same

    Ahoy there, matey!

    If you are using windows,
    I had similar issues. Simba suggested that I try this and it worked for me:

    1.) Close all browsers including MyVMKPal

    2.) Open a command prompt (start, all programs, accessories, command prompt)

    3.) Type "del %TEMP%\*.cct" (without quotes) and hit enter

    4.) Launch MyVMKPal and clear its cache using "Settings" - "Having issues?" - "Clear Cache/Cookies"

    That seems to clear both the Windows and MyVMKPal shockwave flash caches. You should now be able to login with MyVMKPal.
