Fixed waving action occurs behind head

I noticed on the peter pan ride that when my character faces northwest or northeast, my arm appears behind my head. it's a lil....spooky.

Please fix! I actually just noticed this glitch in game only a few minutes ago. I also know on certain hairs when you wave.. the arm goes inside the hair like you have an itch. It's a tad annoying.. not the itch but the glitch itself. HEY, that rhymes! HAHA!

@QA_Rufus I noticed when I wave it still goes behind the head at certain angles. Not sure if it is for the certain hair I am using or all hairs?
