Where are the ghosts?

the ghost NPCs for the haunted mansion don't show up anymore and I also cannot walk through each of the rooms, because once I am in that first room, it does not let me go upstairs. when I try to walk downstairs it moves my character all over the lower level and it's weird lol. Also what happened to the Blue Bayou gator waiter?
Also when i try to edit my player blurb thing it won't let me

Not sure what to say about the NPCs honestly, but to edit your player signature you can type directly into the text bar "!s" or "!sig" (minus the quotes) followed by whatever you want the signature to say. Once you enter a new room, it will be updated

I think it has been this way for a while but correct me if I am wrong.

I also (just) noticed that the NPC ghosts are missing. Also the backgrounds of the rooms the ghosts are supposed to be in don't load/are black.
