Why don't people realise giving others trouble isn't going to solve their problem any faster?

Today I was with my mom dropping off a prescription when I overheard an interaction between the vehicle in the lane adjacent to me and a pharmacy staff member. As far as I can tell, the client was unhappy their prescription was not yet ready. Obviously I don't know any of the details but it was clear he was giving the pharmacy staff member a lot of trouble.

What do you think? I've included a video so you can form your own opinion.

Thanks and see you around the kingdom!

Unfortunately people don’t understand what goes on behind the scene in a pharmacy ): As a tech myself, people don’t like a long wait or problems to occur in general. They are unaware of the several steps it takes for their prescription to be ready and the possible issues that could arise, leading it to being delayed even more. But that happens in all work related environments so we can’t dwell on it! Also nice customers make up for it haha
