Add titles to pin sets to keep them together

-Waterpark pins (blizzard beach, typhoon lagoon, summit plummit, etc)
-This months weekly POTC pins
-The New Orleans pins (monte cristo, doubloons, etc.)

I know not all of them are together, but I think that some have been reorganized so they are together, the character dream set used to be all over, but now they are all clumped together in their group, as well as many other pin sets
