Deadline: I am waiting approximately one month to close this contest. I have a few people who want to participate so this should give everyone enough time to submit their work! Plus I'm on vacation and can't trade until around then anyway 
I am giving away 20k for an avatar and 20k for a signature to the winner(s) of this contest! If you design and submit both, you may have a chance at winning 40k! Otherwise, winners of individual avatar or signature will be awarded 20k. I don't have a set due date for this contest. I apologize but my guidelines are a little specific. P.S. I really like the style of art done in the bottom two images. If you can do this, I would LOVE it. If not, no biggie! I'll take what I can get!

Hair- Same color (image #1), same style (image #2)
Outfit- Stitch hat, princess top >>>Tip: The cuter looking you can make the stitch hat such as using big, cute eyes, the more likely your avatar will be picked!
Stance/Position- Half-body, same (image #2)
Background:
Use image #3 as the background image

Text: I would like my in-game name, “SweetTea” to be printed to the left of the drawing of my character and matching the same size as well as similar or identical font style as the font used in Neocissa’s signature (image #2). The text should be a complementing blue color with thin white as the color outside of the blue (again, similar to Neocissa’s)
Background Image:
1. Use image #1 below as the background image
2. Make a fade around the edges of the background similar to Neocissa’s (seen in image #2)
3. Use overlaying stars similar but not identical to Neocissa’s (image #2)
4. Make the entire signature the same size as Neocissa’s (image #2)
