I love all the advice on this thread! I've struggled with anxiety and panic attacks since childhood, and one thing I can say makes a difference is self care. Watch that show you wanna watch. Take a bubble bath and fill it up a second time, or have the large milkshake. Light candles for your living room even if you are the only one home. And as far as in the moment help, I try and regulate and slow my breathing, as well as thinking of 5 things I can see, hear, and smell. Coming into terms with my senses helps me ground myself in the actual reality and not whatever I'm freaking out about in my head
