Can I change the title of a post?

I was wondering how to do this if this is possible. I had a post called Looking for some more items and now i'm down to 1 last item I want. Is there anyway to change the name to Looking for [Item I want]?

Scroll to the top of your thread
Click on "Thread Tools"
Click "Edit Title"
Edit your title
Click "Save"
