Can't even get to the login screen?

I'm stuck at the Shockwave screen... I cannot log in AT ALL. =(

I tried updating Shockwave and I kind of think I broke it even more.

Please help.

updated shockwave over and over and nothing runs this game better than the OLD CLIENT ~ bring it back plz! <are we having fun yet??> they need to have a do-over for this ruined event!!
