Can't log in!

Every time I try to log in, I get the same message about something going wrong with the site. I've tried clearing the cache, tried it with different browsers, but both have not gotten me anywhere. I need help!

I saw you hadnt logged in for months? Maybe your account was deactivated? Not real sure. What system are you using?

A Windows 8.1. (I know, it's pretty bad.)

@DocCalvin I've been having issues with logging into vmk as well. At first I thought it was my computer so I went on my dad's laptop and it was giving me the same issue. I would make it to the "loading furniture data" screen then it would disconnect me. It's really irritating. It takes me about 2 hours just to get on..

I use windows 8.1 too. The game has been really laggy the past couple of days so that is maybe why some are having issues. What exactly is the message you are getting? Have you tried downgrading shockwave? It doesn't like the newest version of it so if your computer automatically updates then that might be it.

I haven't been able to get on for like the past week or two unless I get lucky and it loads after 40 minutes, I feel your pain

Wow, somebody reported that on Friday but it resolved itself.

If you have deleted your temp files and it's still there, then sometimes doing a disc clean can sort things out.
Control panel > System & Security > Administrative Tools > Free up Disk Space
(unless you have it set to automatic, doing a Defrag wont harm either - reboot afterwards)

Surprising enough doing a disc clean can work wonders. When I couldn't log into the old VMK doing that would resolve the majority of issues I or others had. No idea why (I'm not a techie), it just did. Only telling you what has fixed issues for me in the past *shrugs*
