There are five, so there is probably one more out there, unless they haven't appointed one yet.

I was about to sit down and talk to CL_Ariel today in the Esplanade, it was fun. I think i even inspired her with some pixel art.

The new CL's are a great bunch, I'm hoping to see them continue the game's awesomeness in the future!

I was able to talked to CL_Lilo and CL_Loverly in the Esplanade just recently, and they are both just such great people for the job. They're talkative and really sweet
I look forward to being able to talk to them again and talk to the other CL's at some point.

I think they have. From what I've seen six have been spotted in-game.
