You should scour over at ebay too (I know it's not exactly a clothing boutique online), but I get 60% of my clothes from there and it's easy on the money. Plus, some of the clothes there are pretty unique !

SaboSkirt has some cute clothes, but you have to be careful on the material they use though because some have no stretch so you might have to adjust the size you buy.
Etsy is also a good place to look for clothes. Best place to go if your looking for something in specific ex. little mermaid swimsuit.
Zulily also has clothing on there website, like I've seen Free People on there. Good deals, you just have to wait like two months to get your order.
